1. No Cancellation

• All Bookings Are Final: Once an appointment has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. This applies to in-person clinic visits, teleconsultations / online appointments, and diagnostic services.
• No-Shows: If you are unable to attend your appointment at the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as completed and the slot will be forfeited.

2. No Refund

• Fees Are Non-Refundable: All consultation fees, advance payments, online consultation fees, and booking charges are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
• Diagnostic Services & Tests: Fees for diagnostic procedures (such as ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, Holter Monitoring, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
• Please confirm your preferred date, time, and appointment type before completing your payment.

3. Emergency & Unforeseen Situations

Dr. (Col.) Salil Garg is an active senior cardiologist dealing with critical cardiac cases. In the rare event that an appointment is delayed due to urgent emergency procedures, the clinic will offer priority rescheduling to the next available slot. Rescheduling in such cases does not entitle the patient to a refund.
